This tool creates a B2B document route (document flow) in Anypoint Partner Manager, connecting a partner, a map, and source/target message types into an end-to-end transaction flow.
The user provides the partner name, direction, source and target message type UUIDs, a route name, and a mapId (from the Create map tool).
The tool automatically resolves the receiving and target endpoints from the partner's profile and existing routes. When more than one candidate endpoint is found, it returns the options for the caller to choose from and re-call the tool with explicit endpoint IDs.
If a required endpoint or map cannot be resolved, the route is created as INCOMPLETE with a reviewUrl and a list of missing fields to complete in Partner Manager before deploying.
